Do I need to already have a Cvent contract to work with you?
Yes. Studio Zirve acts as an expert execution partner. We build directly inside your existing Cvent ecosystem using your credentials. We do not provide software licenses or sub-license the platform to clients.
What happens if I don't have visual assets or graphics ready?
No problem at all. During our Form Intake phase, you can provide what you have. If you need us to build high-quality web graphics, banner assets, or tailored theme elements, you can easily add our Custom Graphics add-on starting at $100.00.
Why do you build in 3-hour sprints rather than delivering the whole project at once?
We believe in absolute transparency and zero launch-day surprises. In event architecture, a single hidden logic mismatch can derail a launch. By breaking our work into focused, 3-hour development blocks followed by an email update and an optional review call, you retain complete visibility and control over the design and registration pathways.
What happens if my event requirements change mid-way through the build?
Event dynamics shift, and we adapt with them. Because we work in transparent sprints, any requested change out of the original consultation scope will be evaluated immediately. If it requires extra time, we will let you know and allow you to seamlessly inject an Additional Build Block into your pipeline.
How long does a typical event build take from start to finish?
For standard setups, our timelines align with your preparation. However, if you are up against a brutal corporate deadline, you can deploy our Express Build Advantage add-on to get your Save-the-Date live within 48 hours and your full registration engine running in 7 days ($500.00 for a Basic Event Build / $1,000.00 for a Complex Event Build).
Are there any hidden fees or per-registrant costs added by Studio Zirve?
Absolutely not. Unlike software pricing, our pricing is completely flat and transparent based on the package and add-ons you select. Any per-registrant fees or module access costs are handled directly through your standard corporate contract with Cvent.
What is the monthly Retainer, and do I really need it?
The $150.00/month Retainer is an optional, high-value peace of mind add-on available exclusively to clients who have purchased an event build package. It includes scheduled monthly check-ins to monitor active registration pipelines, ensure everything behaves perfectly as numbers scale, and grants you a priority discounted rate on your next major event build.
Can I hire you to fix or update a Cvent event that someone else built?
Absolutely. If your internal team started a build but ran out of bandwidth or hit a complex logic wall, you can purchase our On-Demand Support Block (8 Hours for $1,500.00). We will dive straight into your existing environment, troubleshoot advanced workarounds, optimize registration paths, and give you 3 hours of dedicated consulting to get you back on track.
