The objective was to create a unified digital experience that could support thousands of attendees before, during, and after the event. Alongside the event website, I designed the registration platform, attendee dashboard, session discovery, speaker pages, sponsor showcases, resource library, and interactive virtual event environment.
The experience was structured to help attendees easily discover workshops, manage personalized schedules, network with fellow participants, access learning materials, and engage with sponsors, all while maintaining a cohesive visual identity inspired by modern immersive technology.
